My mission is to provide a service to REO Asset Managers and lenders by developing an effective marketing plan that encompasses safety and environmental standards that are current with the times Due to the climate in the economy and the increasing demand for service providers for REO properties, I have been tailoring my business to serve Asset Management companies and Mortgage holders in order to manage the Properties that have been repossessed by Banks. I have teamed up with other agents, contractors, and professionals in order to provide the quickest and most detail oriented service to ensure that the properties I am assigned will be taken care of with the highest priority. I understand that the time lines and demands are challenging and I am willing to step up to take care of the issues that can arise, from Cash for Keys, Winterization, rekeying, securing, assessment, valuations, and the start to finish marketing and selling of the properties.
